Refund Policy

Summary
Tipple is a paid monthly subscription at £9.99 per month including VAT, with a 7-day free trial for new users. You can cancel at any time. The sections below set out our refund position in full.
Free trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of the full service. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at £9.99 per month including VAT.
Paid subscriptions
Digital goods and immediate access
Tipple is a digital service. Access continues immediately once your trial ends or you subscribe. By subscribing, you acknowledge that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you lose your statutory 14-day cooling-off right once digital content has been accessed.
No refunds
Because access begins immediately, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges, including renewal payments. No partial refunds for unused time.
Goodwill refunds
If you contact us within 10 minutes of your initial purchase and have not meaningfully used premium features, we may offer a goodwill refund at our discretion. This does not apply to renewals. Email support@mytipple.co.uk.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time through your account settings. No cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Billing errors
Contact us within 14 days if you believe you have been charged in error. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.
How to cancel
Navigate to Account Settings and select Cancel subscription. You will receive a confirmation email. If you have difficulty, contact us and we will cancel on your behalf within one business day.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Tipple does not store your card details.
