Terms of Service

Tipple is a trading name of CRTYX HOLDINGS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12383952. References to "Tipple", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to CRTYX HOLDINGS LIMITED.

Tipple is a real-time whisky restock and new-product alert service. We aggregate availability data from public-facing UK whisky retailers into a single feed, allow users to save items to a wishlist, and allow users to configure keyword-based alerts delivered by push notification. Tipple is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any whisky retailer, distillery, or stockist.

Tipple does not sell whisky or any other products. Tipple is not a retailer and does not process, fulfil, or facilitate product orders of any kind. Any restock information displayed within the service is aggregated from publicly available external sources for informational purposes only.

By creating an account and using Tipple, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tipple. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission.

Tipple lets you configure keyword alerts and save items to a wishlist. You are responsible for the content you submit, including keyword terms and any feedback you send us. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of any third party.

Tipple does not verify the content you submit and accepts no liability for it.

The Restocks section aggregates product availability data from external third-party sources. This data is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Tipple makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of restock information.

Prices, stock status, and product details may change at any time without notice. Always verify current availability and pricing directly with the relevant retailer before making any purchasing decision. Tipple is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on restock data.

Tipple is a paid monthly subscription service at £9.99 per month including VAT. New users are offered a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged.

Tipple is a digital service. When your free trial ends, your subscription begins and access to the service continues uninterrupted. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content and that, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you lose your statutory 14-day cooling-off right once digital content has been accessed.

Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. Tipple does not store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Because access begins immediately, refunds are not offered for subscription charges. Goodwill refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within 10 minutes of your initial purchase. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use Tipple to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your account settings. Upon deletion, your wishlist, keywords, device tokens, and other account data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service or are using the service in a manner that causes harm to others or to Tipple.

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Tipple remain the property of Tipple and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any keywords, wishlist entries, and feedback you submit. By using Tipple, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tipple and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Tipple is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or through a notice within the application.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
